The Iselle is a Customizable item. Order it as shown, or have it built to your specification: you get detailed drawings, approve the build, then production starts.
Delivery time
Drawings first, then 1–5 weeks of production, then freight. Total delivery is 5–9 weeks to the Western US, 7–11 weeks to the Central US and 9–13 weeks to the Eastern US. Western Canada and Southeast Asia take 5–9 weeks; Eastern Canada, the UK and the EU take 9–13 weeks.
About 5 to 13 weeks in total, handling included.

Estimates cover handling plus freight transit. If your order includes white-glove service, the crew books its visit after your freight arrives.

Arc Grove® delivers to all 48 contiguous United States, Canada, the United Kingdom, the European Union, Southeast Asia, and Australia. Standard ground delivery is free everywhere we ship.
United States coverage is the 48 contiguous states, and expedited shipping is US-only; switch to the United States view for state detail.

We don’t deliver to Alaska, Hawaii, or Puerto Rico, and we can’t serve P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses. Our freight carriers need a street address they can bring a pallet to.

FINAL SALE
Customized pieces, seating and chairs
Built to your specification or not restockable, so they can’t be returned. Quality issues on these are always addressed under the warranty and the damage process.

Damaged, defective or incorrect
Email support@arcgrove.com with photos as soon as you find the issue and keep all packaging for carrier inspection. You get a replacement or a full refund on return, at no cost to you.

Free if the item arrived damaged, defective or incorrect. For returns under the guarantee, the return shipping cost is yours.

PROTECTED DELIVERY
If your order runs late
Delivered past the quoted window, you receive 10% of the product price back and keep the order. Ten weeks past the window, a full refund on return.

CANCELLATIONS
Before or after production
Before production starts, usually 1–5 days after payment, a full refund minus a 3% processing fee. After production has started, a product and processing fee of 20%–50% of the order, based on costs incurred.

3 business days
Processed to your original payment method within 3 business days of receiving and inspecting the return. Allow 2–3 business days of processing plus 5–7 business days for your bank to post it.
