What expedited does, precisely

The ‘Expedited Delivery’ option at checkout, $242.50 USD, is available only in the 37 Central and Eastern US states shown on the map. It takes 7 calendar days off your total delivery time to Central states and 14 calendar days off to Eastern states. It isn’t available in Western states or outside the US.

White-glove, when you want it

White-glove delivery (inside placement, debris removal, and assembly) is available as a quoted add-on, subject to availability in your area. We arrange it through vetted local partners, so pricing is quoted per order.

International delivery

We deliver to Canada, the United Kingdom, the European Union, Southeast Asia, and Australia, with free standard ground delivery. International windows include ocean freight and customs clearance, and clearance timing is outside our control.

If your country isn’t listed, request an international quote and we’ll confirm whether we can arrange delivery, along with duties, brokerage, and your delivery window, in writing.

Before delivery day

Commercial deliveries go smoothly when the building is ready. Four things to sort out before your freight arrives.

  • Loading dock access and hours, or the closest street-level unloading point
  • Freight elevator dimensions, and whether it needs to be reserved
  • Door and corridor clearances along the delivery path
  • Badge, escort, or insurance requirements for outside crews
  • A staging area if furniture arrives before the space is ready
  • After-hours access rules, if your building restricts daytime freight

Many commercial buildings require 48 to 72 hours of advance notice for large freight deliveries. Check with your property manager early.

Most Class A office buildings require a Certificate of Insurance before a delivery crew can use the freight elevator or loading dock. We provide one on request. Send your building’s COI requirements with your quote request and we’ll have it ready before delivery is scheduled.

Whoever signs for the freight should take five minutes before signing:

  • Count the pieces against the delivery receipt
  • Inspect the packaging for damage before you sign
  • Note any damage on the bill of lading; a clean signature is acknowledgment that everything arrived in good condition
  • If the driver won’t wait for inspection, write “subject to inspection” next to your signature
  • Photograph anything that looks wrong, and keep all packaging until you’ve confirmed the contents

Found concealed damage after unpacking? Contact us at support@arcgrove.com as soon as you find it, with photos, and keep the packaging for carrier inspection.

If your site isn’t ready when your furniture is, tell us early. We can hold your order and reschedule delivery so it isn’t forced onto a jobsite too soon; arrangements and any costs are quoted case by case.

The fine print

It’s vital that your furniture arrive in the pristine state it was built and packed for you. That’s why we use specialized “knock-down” packaging with reinforced carton board: a container designed to fit your piece and waste no space, made from tough corrugated fiberboard, then further reinforced with wooden framing. We take no chances.

The wooden framing and boxes may be more difficult to remove than typical packaging and may require self-maneuvering. Unpackaging is not included in standard delivery.

Though rare, there is a chance that your order arrives damaged during transit. If this happens, contact us immediately at support@arcgrove.com. We’ll work with you to resolve the issue and arrange for a replacement or refund as necessary.

Keep all packaging materials and documentation for inspection by the shipping carrier. Eligible pieces are also covered by the Office for Life™ Warranty.

If your order arrives later than the quoted window for reasons within our control, we refund 10% of the product price.

Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information; it may take up to 1 business day to become available. We may also send updates about your order’s status and any shipping delays by email, so keep your contact information up to date.

We reserve the right to modify or update this shipping policy at any time without prior notice. Changes are effective immediately upon posting. By placing an order with Arc Grove, you agree to the policy terms on this page. We last updated this policy on August 4, 2026.

Delivery questions

How long does office furniture take to ship?

Total delivery time is handling plus transit. Quickship pieces arrive in 8 to 14 days anywhere in the contiguous US. Overseas In-Stock runs about 4 to 9 weeks, Made-to-Order about 5 to 12 weeks, and Customizable about 5 to 13 weeks depending on your region. Your quote confirms your window in writing.

Do you ship office furniture to Canada?

Yes. We deliver across Canada with free standard ground shipping. Total delivery time depends on ship type and coast: about 4 to 9 weeks for Overseas In-Stock pieces and 5 to 12 weeks for Made-to-Order, confirmed in writing on your quote. Quickship isn't available in Canada.

Do you deliver on weekends or after hours?

Delivery windows are scheduled with you and confirmed in writing. If your building restricts freight to off-peak or after-hours windows, tell us when you request your quote and we'll coordinate the window with the carrier and your property manager.

Who assembles custom office furniture?

White-glove service includes assembly, placement, and packaging removal, quoted per order. Standard delivery is curbside and doesn't include assembly. See the customization page for how custom projects run.

Do you remove old office furniture?

No. Our crews deliver and, with white-glove service, assemble Arc Grove pieces and remove their packaging. Removing or disposing of your existing furniture isn't a service we offer today, so plan decommissioning with your building or a local hauler.

Can you deliver to a warehouse or receiving dock?

Yes. Our freight carriers can deliver to any commercial street address, and loading docks make scheduling easier. Include the dock's hours and any reservation requirements with your order so the carrier can plan the drop.

Plan your delivery

Send your project and delivery address with your quote request and we’ll confirm your lead time, options, and delivery window in writing.
