Shipping & Delivery
How long does delivery take?
It depends on the piece: every product page carries a ship-type badge. Quickship pieces arrive in 8–14 days anywhere in the contiguous US. Overseas In-Stock runs 4–9 weeks, Made-to-Order 5–12 weeks, and Customizable 5–13 weeks, depending on your region. The shipping policy carries the full table by region and ship type.
Quickship About 1 to 2 weeks
Overseas In-Stock About 4 to 9 weeks
Made-to-Order About 5 to 12 weeks
Customizable About 5 to 13 weeks
How much is shipping?
Standard ground shipping is free on every order, everywhere we ship. You only pay for upgrades, which are available in the contiguous US only: expedited delivery in the 37 Central and Eastern states, or white-glove service, quoted per order. Details: shipping policy.
Can delivery be expedited, and what does it cost?
Yes. Expedited delivery is a flat $242.50, chosen at checkout, and it’s available in the 37 Central and Eastern US states. It takes 7 days off total delivery time to Central states and 14 days off to Eastern states. It shortens transit only; production time is unchanged.
What exactly is curbside delivery?
Curbside is our free standard delivery. The carrier schedules with you in advance, then unloads the shipment at the curb closest to your entrance. It doesn’t include inside placement, assembly, or packaging removal; white-glove delivery covers all three.
Curbside vs white glove
| Curbside (standard) | White glove | |
|---|---|---|
| Cost | Free on every order | Quoted per order; you approve before anything is charged |
| Scheduling | Carrier schedules in advance | Scheduled with you |
| Inside placement | Not included | Room of your choice |
| Assembly | Not included | Included |
| Packaging removal | Not included | Included |
Do you ship to all US states?
We deliver to all 48 contiguous US states. We can’t ship to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, P.O. boxes, or APO/FPO addresses; freight carriers need a street address that takes a pallet. We also deliver to Canada, the UK, the EU, Southeast Asia and Australia.
Do you ship to Canada?
Yes, with free standard ground shipping. Timing depends on the piece and your coast: Western Canada runs on the shorter windows, Eastern Canada on the longer ones, and windows include ocean freight and customs. Quickship is contiguous-US only. See the shipping policy for ranges.
When will I know my exact delivery date?
We quote a delivery range up front rather than a fixed date, because freight timing varies. You get notifications when your order enters production, ships, and reaches the final mile; on the final leg, the carrier contacts you directly to schedule the exact date.
I need it by a hard deadline. Can you make that?
Quickship is the safest choice for a hard deadline: 8–14 days anywhere in the contiguous US, from our US warehouse. For built-to-order pieces we quote ranges, not guaranteed dates. Contact us with your date and ZIP and we’ll tell you honestly what can arrive in time.
Where do you ship from?
Both sides of the ocean. Quickship pieces ship from our US warehouse, which is why they arrive fastest. Most other pieces are built or stocked overseas and travel to you through our freight partners. The badge on each product page tells you which type you’re looking at.
How does delivery work for a commercial building?
We deliver to commercial sites regularly. Many buildings want 48–72 hours’ notice for freight and a Certificate of Insurance, which we provide on request. If you need a specific dock window or after-hours delivery, tell us when you order and we’ll coordinate it with the carrier.
How heavy is the shipment? Do I need a forklift?
No forklift for most pieces, but plan on a two-person lift. Exact crate weights and dimensions vary by model and configuration, and we keep them on record: contact us with the piece and size and we’ll send the precise figures for planning.
Typical piece weights by category
| Category | Piece weight range |
|---|---|
| Office Desks | 115–866 LB |
| Conference Tables | 206–1,069 LB |
| Executive Desks | 126–648 LB |
| Reception Desks | 187–772 LB |
| Cabinets & Shelves | 97–732 LB |
| Shelving Units | 128–560 LB |
| Lounge Seating | 309–375 LB |
Will the parts fit through a standard door?
Yes, in almost all cases. Our furniture ships in parts or sections that move through standard doorways individually before assembly. If your route includes a tight hallway, elevator, or stairwell, send us the measurements and the model and we’ll check the clearances.
Can I schedule or reschedule my delivery?
Yes. The final-mile carrier contacts you before delivery to set a date that works. If you need to change it after that’s booked, send us your order number and we’ll coordinate the reschedule with the carrier.
Ordering & Payment
How do I check my order status?
Your order confirmation email carries a status link that tracks each stage: production, packaging, ocean transit, customs, domestic warehouse, and final mile. You also get notifications when your order enters production, ships, and reaches the final mile. For a human check, send us your order number.
- Production
- Packaging

- Final mile
You get notifications at production, shipping, and the final mile; the carrier schedules the delivery date with you on the last leg.
Why doesn’t my tracking number show any details?
Freight tracking often stays quiet until your shipment reaches the domestic leg, so a sparse tracking page doesn’t mean nothing is moving. Ocean transit and customs update in coarse steps. For the current position and delivery window, send us your order number and we’ll check with the carrier.
What payment methods do you accept?
All major cards and Shop Pay at checkout, in USD. Shop Pay also offers installment plans, and we accept bank wire payments from US clients. For quoted orders we can send an invoice link, so you can review everything and pay securely without going through the cart.
Do you accept purchase orders or net-30 terms?
We don’t offer net-30 terms. Large procurement orders work on a 50/50 split: half upon order approval, half upon shipment. Tell us about your project and we’ll set the paperwork up the way your finance team needs it.
Can I get a quote or invoice instead of ordering through the site?
Yes. Contact us with the pieces and configurations: size, finish, and return side. We’ll prepare a formal quote and an invoice link with any applicable discount applied. The quote can carry your business name and address, include our remittance details, and come with a PDF invoice for your records.
Can I change my shipping address after ordering?
Yes, as long as the order hasn’t shipped. Send us your order number and the corrected address as soon as you can, and we’ll get it updated.
Can I cancel my order?
Yes. Cancel before production starts and you receive a full refund minus a 3% processing fee. Production usually begins 1–5 days after payment. After production has started, cancellations carry a product and processing fee, typically 20%–50% of your order total, based on the costs already incurred. Read the full policy.
Is there a first-order discount?
Yes. Joining the newsletter gives you a one-time 5% code for your first order. If the code doesn’t reach your inbox, check your junk folder, or contact us and we’ll apply the same 5% directly on an invoice link.
Do you offer volume discounts?
Yes: 10% off orders over $25,000 and 15% off orders over $75,000. Projects above $150,000 are priced individually. One discount applies per order, and we apply the best one you qualify for. For trade and procurement pricing, start on the trade page.
Volume discount tiers
| Order total | Discount |
|---|---|
| Over $25,000 | 10% off |
| Over $75,000 | 15% off |
| Above $150,000 | Priced individually |
Can discounts be combined?
No. One discount applies per order: the volume tiers don’t stack with the first-order code or any other offer. We always apply the strongest single discount you qualify for.
Do items ever go on sale?
No. Our standing offers are the first-order discount and the volume tiers rather than seasonal sales, so there’s no better price coming if you wait. Before you order, ask us and we’ll confirm the best discount you qualify for is applied.
I found this desk much cheaper on another site. Is that Arc Grove?
No. We sell only through arcgrove.com. Please be wary of cheap knock-offs sold using stolen images of our popular designs: listings elsewhere at a fraction of the price aren’t our furniture or our build quality. If you can share the link with us, we’d appreciate it: we report every lookalike listing we find.
Can I be notified when a piece is back in stock?
Yes. Contact us with the piece, the configuration (size and return side), and your email, and we’ll put you on the restock watch and reach out the moment it’s available.
Do you offer financing options?
Yes, through Shop Pay. It offers a choice of payment plans and timeframes at a competitively low interest rate, and it’s secure. If Shop Pay isn’t a suitable option for you, contact us and we’ll try to assist.
How will tariffs affect my order?
For US clients, tariffs can add a few days for customs clearance. On pricing, we absorb a significant share of tariff costs, so the price you see already reflects the best available for this grade of furniture.
Is this furniture in stock and available?
Most of our furniture is made to order rather than warehoused, which is why lead times run longer than retail stock. Made-to-order production gives tighter quality control, adapts to customization requests, and avoids warehousing costs. Quickship pieces are the exception: they are stocked in our US warehouse and ship within 1–2 days.
About the Furniture
What is the furniture made of?
It varies by model. Many models use high-grade engineered wood that doesn’t contain the harmful chemicals cheaper MDF furniture pieces often do. Surfaces are laminate on most finishes, highly resistant to heat, scratches, and staining, with high-gloss lacquer on the gloss range. Contact us with the model and we’ll confirm its exact materials, down to whether a specific panel is metal or laminate.
What are our collections?
Collections are furniture lines that share one design language and finish family, so every piece in an office matches. Current collections include the Zenith, Aspen and Caliber office sets, alongside curated lines like Modern CEO Desks and White Boardroom Tables. Browse all collections.
Do you offer more furniture designs than what’s shown online?
Not right now. Our designers are developing new models based on the features clients ask for; each design is test-built and checked against certification and quality standards before release. Subscribe to the newsletter to see new designs first.
Do you offer used furniture?
No. Every piece is built new, to order.
Can I get finish samples before ordering?
Yes. We mail physical finish samples so you can check the true color in your own lighting. Domestic-stock finishes arrive in about 1 week; overseas samples take about 1 month, and we’ll tell you which timeline applies before you wait. Contact us with the finishes and your mailing address.
How can I see a finish’s true color before ordering?
Order a physical sample: it’s the only way to truly see a finish’s true color, because screens shift how every finish reads. We mail samples so you can check the color in your own lighting. Photos of real builds and renderings help you shortlist; the sample confirms it before you order. Contact us with the model and finish.
How do I choose the right desk or conference table size?
Desks: allow at least 36 inches of clearance behind the desk to pull the chair back and move, with 36-inch walkways around it. A standard executive desk runs 60–72 inches wide (options span 48–96) at 30–36 inches deep. Conference rooms: plan 20–25 square feet per person, and product pages state seating capacity per table size. Send us your room dimensions, or book a video call, and we’ll shortlist sizes that fit.
Is your furniture ADA compliant?
There’s no such thing as an ADA-certified desk: the 2010 ADA Standards set dimensions, and compliance depends on how a piece is installed and used. Our desks, conference tables, and reception desks are built to those dimensions, like the 28–34 inch work-surface height with knee and toe clearance beneath. The ADA compliance guide covers every furniture type.
Which dimensions make a desk or table ADA accessible?
Under the 2010 ADA Standards, an accessible work surface sits 28–34 inches above the floor, with a 30-by-48-inch clear floor space and knee and toe clearance beneath: at least 27 inches of clear height, 11 inches of knee depth, and 30 inches of width. Our desks and conference tables are built within these dimensions, and height-adjustable models make hitting a specific clearance simple.
Can I get detailed specs or drawings for a product?
Yes. Beyond the product page we keep per-variant dimension tables, weights, construction details, and base diagrams for most models, and we can send real photos of finished builds. Contact us with the piece you’re evaluating and what your space needs to accommodate, and we’ll send the exact figures.
Do you offer complete matching office sets?
Yes. Most desk lines pair with credenzas and shelving in shared finishes, so desks, storage, and conference pieces read as one suite. Office sets were previously called matching sets. A few lines have no factory-matched storage. There, we offer the closest-finish pieces, or customize a storage piece’s finish to match your desk as closely as possible, with a rendering to approve first.
Do you sell the chairs shown in the photos?
The chairs in our photos are staging, and chairs aren’t in our standalone catalog today. For larger procurement orders, we can often source the same or similar executive and conference chairs through our suppliers alongside your furniture. Contact us with the project size and seat count and we’ll check what we can line up.
Is everything in the product photo included in the price?
The price covers the piece named on the page. Chairs, decor, and some staging furniture in photos aren’t included. If a storage piece or accessory in a photo caught your eye, ask us: some staging pieces can be custom made to pair with your order. When in doubt, we’ll confirm exactly what ships.
Do you have a showroom I can visit?
We don’t have a showroom; we’re online only. In its place: we mail physical finish samples so you see true colors in your space, and render your exact configuration before you commit. On a video call we’ll walk through sizing and finishes together.
I knew you as Arcadia Furnishing. Is that the same company?
Yes, the same company. Arcadia Furnishing rebranded as Arc Grove, and nothing about your relationship with us changed. Your order history, Office for Life™ Warranty coverage, and our support for furniture you already own carry over unchanged. The rebrand notice has the full story.
Where is this furniture made?
The most advanced furniture-making technology, engineering, and design is happening today in China, which is where we partner with the highest echelon of modern executive-grade furniture producers. Every piece passes peerless quality control before it ships. Arc Grove is an exclusive access point to many of these models for its western clients. And, of course, the Office for Life™ Warranty stands behind every desk, table, cabinet, and shelf we make.
How do I clean and care for the furniture?
Avoid harsh or abrasive cleaning products, prolonged moisture or heat, direct sunlight, and hard impacts: surface damage from those falls outside warranty coverage. For a finish-specific routine, contact us with your piece and we’ll confirm the right care for that exact surface.
Customization
Can I customize the furniture?
Yes. Clients customize dimensions, materials, finishes, added features such as wireless charging or integrated lighting, and branding such as logo imprints. Start on the customization page, review the rendered models of your piece, approve the quoted cost, and place your order.
What’s the lead time on a custom piece?
Custom pieces enter production once you approve the drawings; production takes 1–5 weeks, and total delivery runs 5–13 weeks depending on your region. Complex multi-piece configurations and Pantone® matching sit at the longer end. We confirm your timeline before production starts. The shipping policy carries the full table.
Is there a minimum order for customization?
No minimums. From a small tweak to a catalog model to a complete office floor plan from scratch, we build exactly the furniture you need. Start on the customization page: pick a piece, set your dimensions and finishes, and we’ll quote it.
Can I send my own measurements?
Yes, either works. Send dimensions in inches or millimeters and we build to them. For complex spaces, we can coordinate an on-site measurement appointment through your local installer network. A rendering of your exact configuration follows for approval before production starts.
How many design revisions are included?
There’s no limit on revisions before production starts; we iterate the design until it’s exactly what you need. Once you approve the spec sheet and CAD drawings, the design is locked, and changes after that point require a new build cycle.
How do finish samples work for a custom build?
Order as many finish samples as you like: $5 each, free shipping, credited toward your furniture purchase. Domestic-stock finishes arrive in about a week; overseas finishes take about a month, and we’ll tell you which timeline applies. Checking the physical sample is the only way to truly see a finish’s color.
What files can I send for a custom design?
PDF, DWG, DXF, PNG, and JPG all work, along with floor-plan screenshots. Attach them in Step 1 of the customization flow, or send them with your quote request, and we’ll work from whatever you have: inspiration photos, architect drawings, or a hand sketch.
Can you match a finish to furniture I already own?
We can get very close. An exact match to another maker’s finish isn’t something we promise, but we can customize the finish on most pieces to coordinate with your existing furniture as closely as possible. You’ll approve a rendering first, and can check a physical sample before production.
Does this desk come in other colors?
Most models come in several standard finishes, all shown on the product page. If the combination you want isn’t listed, we can usually customize the finish on any Customizable piece: tell us the model and the look you’re going for and we’ll confirm what’s possible with a rendering.
Assembly & Installation
Does the furniture require assembly?
Nearly everything ships flat-packed in sections, which is what protects it in transit. Simpler pieces like straight desks, credenzas, and smaller shelving go together noticeably faster than large L-shaped builds. If you’d rather skip the build entirely, white-glove delivery includes full assembly, placement, and packaging removal.
Are assembly instructions included?
Yes. Model-specific instructions are prepared during production and included with your order, so they’re in your hands when the piece arrives. For a digital copy, or to see what the build involves before you order, contact us with the model and size.
My order arrived without instructions. How do I get them?
We’ll get them to you quickly. Send us your order number, or the product name and size, and our furniture design engineer will email you the model-specific PDF within the same week. Mid-build right now? Say so and we’ll prioritize it.
Do you offer an assembly service?
Two ways. White-glove delivery includes professional assembly by our vetted local partners, along with placement and packaging removal. On curbside delivery, send us your ZIP code and we’ll recommend trusted local installers in your area; their rates are set by the installers, so you compare quotes directly.
How long does assembly take, and how hard is it?
It varies by model: simpler desks go together quickly, while large L-shaped and multi-part builds take longer and go smoother with two people. Before you order, contact us with the model and size and we’ll tell you the piece count and what the build involves, so you know exactly what’s coming.
Does third-party assembly affect the warranty?
No. Professional third-party assembly doesn’t affect your Office for Life™ Warranty as long as the build follows the included instructions; improper assembly is a warranty exclusion. Inspect all parts before assembly starts, and flag anything damaged or missing to us right away.
Warranty & Returns
What warranty comes with the furniture?
Every desk, table, cabinet, and shelf comes with our Office for Life™ Warranty: lifetime coverage on structure, 10 years on moving parts, 5 years on surface integrity, and a first year of Total Care that includes accidental damage. Lounge seating and office chairs aren’t covered. The warranty policy carries the full tiers.
Office for Life™ coverage tiers
| Tier | Duration | What it covers |
|---|---|---|
| Structural | Lifetime | Warping, breakage, joint failure from manufacturing defects or normal use |
| Moving Parts | 10 years | Drawer glides, hinges, casters, similar mechanical components |
| Surface Integrity | 5 years | Cracks, bubbling, delamination, significant warping of surfaces |
| Total Care | 1 year | Complete coverage including accidental damage |
How long does the warranty last, and does it transfer?
Structural coverage is lifetime; moving parts run 10 years and surfaces 5 years. The warranty transfers to a new owner with the original proof of purchase, as long as the piece is unmodified and the transfer is registered within 30 days. Pieces 10+ years old that can’t reasonably be repaired earn a 15% credit toward a comparable replacement.
What happens if my order arrives damaged?
We make it right at no cost to you, with a replacement or a full refund. When your order arrives, note any damage on the bill of lading as you sign (or sign “subject to inspection”), photograph it, and keep the packaging for carrier inspection. Then contact us with the photos and your order number.
- Sign & note
- Photograph
- Keep the packaging
Concealed damage counts too: send us photos as soon as you find it.
How do I file a damage or warranty claim?
Send us a short description, at least two photos, and your order number through the contact page. Support responds within one business day; once your claim is approved, we arrange the repair or replacement. The same route covers delivery damage and Office for Life™ Warranty claims alike.
What is your return policy?
Most new, unused items can be returned within 30 days of delivery, in original condition and packaging, for a full refund under our 30-Day Satisfaction Guarantee. We provide the return label for every return: free when the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect; for satisfaction returns, the return shipping cost is yours. Full details: return policy.
Is anything non-returnable?
Customized and made-to-spec pieces, seating, and office chairs aren’t refundable. Non-returnable never means unsupported: any quality issue on those pieces is still handled through our warranty and damage process. A Customizable badge alone doesn’t make a piece final sale; only an order built to your specifications is.
How long do refunds take?
We process refunds within 3 business days of approval, back to your original payment method; for returns, approval follows receipt and inspection of the item. From there, allow 2–3 business days of processing plus 5–7 business days for your bank to post it.
What happens if my delivery is late?
If your order arrives past the quoted delivery window, you receive a 10% refund of the product price and keep the order. If it runs 10 weeks past the window, you can return it for a full refund. This Protected Delivery promise is written into the return policy.
Protected Delivery
| If delivery runs | You receive |
|---|---|
| Past the quoted window | 10% refund of the product price; you keep the order |
| 10 weeks past the window | Full refund upon return |
Trade Program & Procurement
Do you have a trade program?
Yes. The Arc Grove Trade Program is built for repeat buyers: interior designers, architects, retailers, and businesses that furnish offices on an ongoing basis. Members get complimentary samples (some exclusions apply), trade-only access to collections and custom options, and early previews and pre-orders of upcoming releases. It’s separate from our procurement offer for large one-time office fit-outs. Start on the trade page.
How do I apply for a trade account?
Verification takes any one of three documents: a business license, a resale certificate, or proof of trade. Proof of trade can be an ASID, AIA, or IDC membership or an interior-design certification. Apply through the trade page, or contact us with your document, and we’ll set up your account and follow up with the details.
What discounts do trade members get?
Trade pricing follows our volume tiers: 10% off orders over $25,000 and 15% off orders over $75,000, with projects above $150,000 priced individually. Beyond pricing, membership adds complimentary samples, trade-only access to collections and custom options, and early previews of new releases.
Volume discount tiers
| Order total | Discount |
|---|---|
| Over $25,000 | 10% off |
| Over $75,000 | 15% off |
| Above $150,000 | Priced individually |
How long does trade approval take? I want to order now.
You don’t have to wait. Send any one verification document (business license, resale certificate, or proof of trade) and place your order. While the review runs, we invoice you with the best discount you already qualify for, so nothing stalls. Trade benefits kick in once your account is verified.
How does a procurement order for a full office fit-out work?
Send us your piece list or floor plan and we prepare a formal quote with volume pricing applied: 10% off orders over $25,000, 15% off over $75,000. Payment is a 50/50 split: half upon order approval, half upon shipment. We coordinate commercial delivery needs like Certificates of Insurance and dock scheduling, and provide the W9, invoices, and paperwork your finance team needs. The procurement page carries the full offer.
Can you provide a W9?
Yes. We provide a W9 with your purchase on request, along with the other paperwork finance and procurement teams typically need: formal quotes, PDF invoices, and our remittance details. Contact us with your order or quote number and we’ll send everything over.
Do you handle tax-exempt purchases?
Yes, with valid exemption documentation. Send us your exemption or resale certificate along with your order details, and we’ll confirm everything and prepare an invoice that reflects your tax-exempt status. If you need a formal quote first, ask and we’ll build the paperwork the way your finance team needs it.
Do you work with government agencies and schools?
Yes, regularly. Government and public-sector buyers get the same handling as any procurement order. That covers tax-exempt purchases with valid exemption documentation, a W9 on request, formal quotes and invoices for your approval chain, and volume discounts on larger projects. Tell us what you’re furnishing and we’ll spec it out.
