White glove delivery is a separately quoted service: a vetted local crew carries your furniture inside, uncrates and assembles it, sets it down in the room you choose, and takes every piece of packaging away with them.

White glove is quoted per order. The price depends on the pieces, the address and the access, so we price each visit on its own and send you one all-in figure. You approve and pay before we book the crew.

You get a single price covering the whole visit. Approve and pay, and we book your crew. If the price doesn't work for you, your order ships with standard delivery as planned.

Coordinated delivery and install
Your order is delivered to our white-glove partner, who contacts you to schedule the visit, then delivers and installs. Everything arrives and lands in one visit.

Yes, up until your shipment reaches the US, or for Quickship pieces, until your order leaves our US warehouse. Send the quote form with your order number, or reply to any of your order emails, and we'll price it from there.
