Aesthetically, impressive, however, instructions leave a lot to be desired. It took 2 of us over 4 hours to put the desk together, rather than the 2.5 hours indicated in the instructions. Still trying to figure out the electric section of the instructions. NEED HELP!

Long wait but was completely worth the wait. Desk was fairly easy to put together, took about 6 hours 2 guys. Hardest part was the instructions were not very detailed. But overall, I got through it. Materials, craftsmanship, and design is top notch. Very well built.

I love this desk! It is a great quality product. Very sturdy and well built. The height adjustments are very smooth. Communication with the seller went very well while waiting for the desk to arrive. Highly recommend the desk and the seller. Very pleased with my purchase.

I really want to give this 5 Stars because I absolutely LOVE this desk and the staff that I interacted with were great, however, I can't. I can't because the shipping time was horrendous and paying this much for a desk that doesn't come assembled was hard to take. (The shipping company was not good with communication either, which is no fault of Arc Grove.)

Since this was the first item I put together it took a while to accomplish.but the end result made it worth the while. Viewing the combination of the english and original instructions made it smooth going after I finally got the hang of it. Some pieces where multi use in assembling depending on how you want it. With this item customer service was excellent in guiding me to putting my desk together.

I spent a lot of time shopping for office furniture in showroom visit and then on line. Then I came across Arc Grove. After reading the reviews I decided to order an executive desk and wall unit. I was able to monitor the shipping of my items through multiple maritime apps, The timeline was well within the company projection. On arrival to my office it was in one crate that was easily opened by a hammer and crowbar. These boxes were well placed so no movement was possible on the long journey. Everything was in perfect condition when these multiple individual boxes was easily transported up into my office. Since the wall unit was the second item i put together two people are recommended but not necessary if you are strong and careful. Arc Grove sent me english directions based upon prior reviews, so I requested them in advance. But the original direction that was in a foreign language was the best and easiest illustration with this wall unit. I open each box and labeled the walls where they should go, then I did the same for each shelving. This item illustrated that it should be put together laying down flat on the floor. It took about 2 hours to assemble after about 1 hour labeling where pieces go.. Since this item weighs 600 lbs 118” size that I orders you need 4 individuals to stand in up right. If you want the wow factor from everyone that comes into your office, Or just looking for excellent craftsmanship without going broke. You will not be disappointed.

I love my new office. Did have installation and delivery hurdles, but great customer service. The engine is smooth and the style is unique. I get complements all the time.

I have to say the desk looks great, it came in two pieces with basically no assembly needed. The packaging was pretty impressive, and they actually sent me a picture of my desk before it was packaged up and shipped.

There are (3) sizes. This is the "Grand" black china. It fits perfectly in my office, and the adjust ability is superb. Took 3mo to arrive, but once it did I have been extremely happy and get lots of comments.... Instructions could be better. But overall worth the wait!

Process time was a bit long but, well worth the wait! The desk is all I hoped for and then some. If your looking for something outside the box of normal expectations, beautiful, and elegant, this company will deliver. Communication in regard to updates and questions were quickly addressed. Very impressed with my entire experience.

I got the classic size desk and it comes with so much storage. I literally can store anything lol. The top also feels smooth and huge and is high quality for the price. I have a 2 monitor set up but honestly can have 3 or 4 and it'll fit just fine.

I love the desk that I brought here. How it looks and feels matches perfectly with my office. I chose to go with a gray themed office and this desk stands out.

I love the desk dont get me wrong. The desk looks amazing and I love how big it is. It's just the desk took hours for me and my wife to assemble. We were working on it for around 6-7 hours because the instructions were a bit unclear. We called them and they provided me with a video so that helped.

Working from home and I needed a sturdy office desk to get the job done. I looked on Wayfair and Amazon but it was way cheaper here. Never heard of this business before so I was a bit held off on the purchase. Called them and they reassured me. Few months later the desk arrived with wood reinforced around the side. After a long time assembling it, which is pretty difficult and it will be better if i had someone to help me, the desk looks amazing. It is heavy and high quality. you can feel it. Just took a pretty long time to arrive, but nothing compared to the price and quality

This desk is pretty nice, pretty hard and durable to the touch anyways. The assembling was hell but I called them and they got me someone to assemble the desk.

The black desk gives my office a modern dark and sleek feel.

I love how it is spacious and modern but also has the sit and stand feature. There are 4 presets. Kind of hard to set but now I dont have to sit all day

When I wanted an office desk, I wanted a modern rustic feel for my home office. I was a bit skeptical since it was the first time hearing about this company but took the chance anyways. After waiting for a few months and hours of assembly, the quality and feel was top notch. It goes hand in hand with my office and shelves.

I've been working from home ever since the pandemic and needed a spacious and functional desk. After I've had this desk, my productivity and work improved 10x. Idk but somehow the style of this desk has kept me more focused and hardworking haha

Been a few weeks since I first got this desk and so far it has improved my work tons. The desk is sturdy and the charging ports has been such a life saver. Looks fab with my office lol
