This online privacy notice discloses our information practices for this website, including what type of personal identifiable information is collected, how the information is used, and with whom the information is shared.
1. Information Collected
At times, Arc Grove LLC (โArc Groveโ) will collect personal information regarding a customer or a prospective customer. For example, if you wish to submit an order, Arc Grove will request your name, mailing address, email address, phone number, billing address, and credit card details. Some companies that help Arc Grove deliver interactive online advertising, such as banner ads, may collect and use additional information about Arc Groveโs customers to help Arc Grove better understand the types of advertising or promotions that are most appealing to Arc Groveโs customers. 4. Use of Computer Tracking Technologies.

If customer does not want cookie information to be associated with customerโs visits to these pages, customer can set its browser to turn off cookies; however, web beacon and other technologies will still detect visits to these pages.
Collection of Website Data. Arc Grove may collect non-identifiable information from user visits to the Arc Grove website in order to provide better customer service and tailor its marketing outreach. Examples of such collection include traffic analysis, such as tracking of the domains from which users visit, or tracking numbers of visitors, and assessing visitor activity. Such information is sometimes known as โclickstream data.โ Arc Grove or its contractors may use this data to analyze trends and statistics. This information is used for internal purposes for research and development, user analysis, and business decision-making, all of which allows us to provide better services. 6. Opt-Out Rights
Customers and/or prospective customer have the right at any time to cease permitting personal information to be collected, used, or disclosed by Arc Grove and/or by any third parties with whom Arc Grove has shared and/or transferred such personal information. Right of cancellation may be exercised by contacting Arc Grove via email at support@arcgrove.com. After processing the cancellation, Arc Grove will delete customer or prospective customerโs personal information from its data base. Such a request may impede Arc Groveโs ability to provide services to that customer.
Customers and/or prospective customers can opt out of certain emails by using the opt-out link at the bottom of marketing emails they receive from us.
7. Access Rights to Data.

8. Information from Children.
Arc Grove does not sell products or services for purchase by children and will not collect or post information from anyone it knows to be under the age of 16 without the involvement of a parent or guardian. Arc Grove does not use personally identifying information it knows were collected from children for marketing or promotional purposes and does not disclose such information to any third party for any purpose whatsoever. No part of Arc Groveโs site is structured to attract children.
9. Lost, Stolen, or Incorrect Information.
If your credit card or account password is lost or stolen, you must promptly notify Arc Grove in order to enable Arc Grove to cancel the lost or stolen information and to update its records with a changed credit card or password. Additionally, if you notice that any of the information that we have about you is or may be incorrect, please let us know at support@arcgrove.com.

Our website may contain links to other websites. Arc Grove is not responsible for the privacy practices or the content of those other websites.
11. Your Agreement to this Policy.
Purchasing any goods from Arc Grove will constitute your acceptance of Arc Groveโs privacy practices described in this policy statement. Any dispute over privacy between customer and Arc Grove is subject to the provisions of this notice and to Arc Groveโs Terms of Service which is hereby incorporated herein and which can be read at [TOS address].
12. Changes to Privacy Policy.
This Privacy Policy was last updated on June 23, 2025. Arc Grove reserves the right to change its Privacy Policy at any time. Arc Grove will post notice of such change on the Arc Grove Privacy Policy page for 30 days. Your use of Arc Groveโs website(s) or purchase of goods or services from Arc Grove after a new version of this Privacy Policy constitutes acceptance of this Privacy Policy, including any updates to it.
