Frequently asked questions
What’s the typical lead time on a custom piece?
Custom projects typically take 4–8 weeks from the date of approval to produce. More complex multi-piece configurations, or specific Pantone®-matching requirements can add 1–2 weeks to production time. We confirm these timelines with you before getting started.
Is there a minimum order or budget?
There are no minimums. From slight tweaks to our model designs to complete office floor plans from scratch, we’re here to make sure your office has the exact furniture you want.
Can I send my own measurements or do you take them?
Either works. Send dimensions in inches or millimeters and we build to them. For complex spaces, we can coordinate an on-site measurement appointment through your local installer network.
How many design revisions are included?
There’s no limit to revisions you can request before production starts. We’re here to make exactly what you need. Once you’ve approved the spec sheet and CAD, the design is locked — changes after that point require a new build cycle.
Can you make it ADA compliant?
Absolutely. We can help you ensure complete ADA compliance. Note: Our base model designs are already ADA compliant.
Can I see material samples before committing?
Yes — request up to 5 finish samples: $5 each, free shipping in 2–3 days, credited toward your furniture purchase.
Do you offer trade pricing?
Yes. Trade designers, contractors, and procurement managers receive volume pricing. Apply via the Trade Program in the footer; we typically confirm trade status within 1 business day.
What file formats can I send for inspiration or specs?
PDF, DWG, DXF, PNG, JPG, and floor-plan screenshots all work. Attach in the customization modal Step 1 or email support@arcgrove.com directly.
Is white-glove delivery available?
Yes. It’s an optional add-on at quote time. Includes inside delivery, room placement, debris removal, and assembly if needed. Pricing depends on location and piece complexity. Subject to availability in your area.
