Frequently asked questions
What’s the typical lead time on a custom piece?
Custom pieces enter production once you approve the drawings; production takes 1–5 weeks, and total delivery runs 5–13 weeks depending on your region. Complex multi-piece configurations and Pantone® matching sit at the longer end. We confirm your timeline before production starts.
Is there a minimum order or budget?
There are no minimums. From slight tweaks to our model designs to complete office floor plans from scratch, we’re here to make sure your office has the exact furniture you want.
Can I send my own measurements or do you take them?
Either works. Send dimensions in inches or millimeters and we build to them. For complex spaces, we can coordinate an on-site measurement appointment through your local installer network.
How many design revisions are included?
There’s no limit to revisions you can request before production starts. We’re here to make exactly what you need. Once you’ve approved the spec sheet and CAD, the design is locked — changes after that point require a new build cycle.
Can you make it ADA compliant?
Yes. Our furniture is built to the 2010 ADA Standards dimensions, and a custom build can hit a specific clearance exactly. No furniture is ADA-certified: compliance depends on how a piece is installed and used. The ADA guide covers the details.
Can I see material samples before committing?
Yes. Request as many finish samples as you like: $5 each, free shipping, credited toward your furniture purchase. Domestic-stock finishes arrive in about a week; overseas finishes take about a month.
Do you offer trade pricing?
Yes. Trade pricing follows our volume tiers: 10% off orders over $25,000 and 15% off orders over $75,000. Apply on the trade page with any one of a business license, resale certificate, or proof of trade.
What file formats can I send for inspiration or specs?
PDF, DWG, DXF, PNG, JPG, and floor-plan screenshots all work. Attach in the customization modal Step 1 or email support@arcgrove.com directly.
Is white-glove delivery available?
Yes. It’s an optional add-on at quote time. Includes inside delivery, room placement, debris removal, and assembly if needed. Pricing depends on location and piece complexity.
