How fast can you furnish a full office?
Production typically runs 1 to 3 weeks depending on customization, plus freight to your region. We plan the full schedule backward from your move-in date and confirm it in writing before you commit.
Will finishes match across rooms and phases?
Yes. Every piece is produced within one finish system, so wood tones and hardware stay consistent across rooms, and across later phases of the same project. Free material samples ship for sign-off before production begins.
Do you handle assembly and installation?
Standard delivery on project orders is to your dock or suite, and assembly and installation can be quoted as part of the project. Tell us what your building requires and it goes into the itemized quote.
How does payment work on large orders?
Payment is structured in two parts: 50% when you approve the quote and 50% at shipment. Tax-exempt organizations are processed with a valid exemption certificate.
Can you provide W-9, COI, and references for vendor onboarding?
Yes. A W-9, certificate of insurance, and client references are available on request, so your finance and facilities teams can approve Arc Grove as a vendor without a chase.
