What does the planner do?

You draw your room, add the doors and windows, and place cubicle workstations from our catalog at their true footprint. As you place, the planner measures what is left over: aisle widths, the room behind each seat, the way in and out, door swings and window walls. It keeps a running total and a per-seat price for the layout on screen.

How does it check clearances?

It measures the gaps your layout leaves and compares them with published accessibility and building-code figures, such as the 36 in minimum for an accessible route. Each flag names the figure it is citing. This is planning guidance only, not a code-compliance review; your architect, contractor or local authority signs off on the built space.

Four pages. The layout drawn to scale in the finishes you picked, a technical sheet with a one-foot grid and the wall and aisle dimensions, the workstation schedule with SKUs, quantities and list prices, and the plan notes. It is the document to send to a facilities team, a landlord or a contractor.

How do I order the layout, or get a quote?

Every workstation in the planner is a product you can buy. Take the layout to checkout when it is right, or request a quote and a project lead comes back with volume pricing and a delivery schedule built around your move-in date. Prices shown in the planner are list prices and exclude freight and installation.

There is no account and nothing is stored on our side. Your plan lives in this browser and it is written into the page link, so bookmark the link or send it to a colleague and the layout opens exactly as you left it. Clearing your browser data clears the plan.

Preliminary Review

Aesthetically, impressive, however, instructions leave a lot to be desired. It took 2 of us over 4 hours to put the desk together, rather than the 2.5 hours indicated in the instructions. Still trying to figure out the electric section of the instructions. NEED HELP!

Long wait but was completely worth the wait

Long wait but was completely worth the wait. Desk was fairly easy to put together, took about 6 hours 2 guys. Hardest part was the instructions were not very detailed. But overall, I got through it. Materials, craftsmanship, and design is top notch. Very well built.

I love this desk!

I love this desk! It is a great quality product. Very sturdy and well built. The height adjustments are very smooth. Communication with the seller went very well while waiting for the desk to arrive. Highly recommend the desk and the seller. Very pleased with my purchase.

Close to 5 Stars

I really want to give this 5 Stars because I absolutely LOVE this desk and the staff that I interacted with were great, however, I can't. I can't because the shipping time was horrendous and paying this much for a desk that doesn't come assembled was hard to take. (The shipping company was not good with communication either, which is no fault of Arcadia Furnishing.)

Looking good and ecstatic

Since this was the first item I put together it took a while to accomplish.but the end result made it worth the while. Viewing the combination of the english and original instructions made it smooth going after I finally got the hang of it. Some pieces where multi use in assembling depending on how you want it. With this item customer service was excellent in guiding me to putting my desk together.
