Custom is not a premium line sitting next to a fixed catalog. It is how we build every shelving project. Set the height and run to fit your wall, choose open or closed, add doors and locks where you need them, and match the finish to the desks and cabinets already in the room. Whether you are lining an executive office wall, fitting out a library, or adding storage behind a reception run, the drawing you approve is the piece that ships.
How it works
The process is the same one behind every made-to-order piece we ship, and it keeps you in control at each step.
Design brief
Tell us the wall, the room, and the constraints. Share the ceiling height, the run you need to fill, and how much of it should be open shelving versus closed storage. We turn that into a working brief and confirm the details that matter, from footprint to finish to load.
CAD drawings
You receive CAD drawings in 2 to 3 business days, often the same day for straightforward changes. You review the dimensions, the finish, and the configuration, and nothing moves to the floor until you approve them.
Production
Once the drawings are signed off, production runs 4 to 8 weeks depending on the size of the system and the finish. Full-height runs and hand-applied finishes sit at the longer end of that window.
Delivery
We coordinate delivery once your shelving is complete. Most projects land within 2 to 3 months, start to finish, from first brief to the piece in place.
Finishes and samples
Choose from over 150 finishes across wood tones, laminates, lacquers, and metals, so a shelving wall can carry the same tone as the desks, cabinets, and casework around it. If you need to match a brand color, we offer Pantone color matching on request, so the shelving lines up with the rest of your identity rather than the nearest catalog approximation.
Finish samples are $5 each with free shipping, up to 5 per request, and the cost is credited toward your purchase. Order the swatches, hold them against your wall and flooring in your own light, then commit to the finish with the real material in hand.
Beyond finish, you can specify doors, locks, adjustable versus fixed shelves, and integrated lighting, and add logo work in etched, inlaid, laser-cut, or painted form. Our logo work includes a desk built for the U.S. House of Representatives, and we bring the same detail to storage. If you would rather start from a set model, the collection holds 12 shelving and storage pieces with prices from $1,510 to $3,550, and any one of them can be customized from there.

What is the lead time?
Plan on CAD drawings in 2 to 3 business days, then 4 to 8 weeks of production once you approve them. Most shelving projects run 2 to 3 months start to finish, from first brief to delivery.
Is there a minimum order?
No. There is no minimum order for custom shelving. A single wall unit is as welcome as a full library or office fit-out, and we build one piece with the same process we bring to a whole floor.
How do samples work?
Samples are $5 each with free shipping, up to 5 per request, and the amount is credited toward your purchase. Order the swatches, see them in your own light, then confirm the finish before the drawings are finalized.
Do you offer white-glove delivery?
White-glove delivery, which covers inside placement, debris removal, and assembly, is available as a quoted add-on, subject to availability in your area. We arrange it through vetted local partners, so pricing is quoted per order.
Can you match my exact dimensions?
In most cases, yes. Our custom work typically runs from a 63-inch executive desk up to a 236-inch conference table, and shelving sits comfortably inside that range. Larger or unusual runs usually clear engineering review. Send the measurements in your brief and we will confirm on the CAD drawings.
