How it works
Every project starts with a short design brief, so we understand the space, the sizes you need, and the finishes and features you want.
- Design brief. You tell us the dimensions, the finish direction, and the features. Share a rough sketch or your lobby measurements and we work from those.
- CAD drawings in 2 to 3 business days, often same day. You receive scaled drawings to review and approve before anything is cut. Nothing goes to production until the drawings are signed off.
- Production in 4 to 8 weeks. Once the drawings are approved, your desk is built to the drawing.
- Delivery. The finished desk ships to your address. Most projects land within 2 to 3 months, start to finish.
Finishes and samples
The surface, edge, and base of your desk can be specified from over 150 finishes, covering wood tones, solids, and textured laminates. If your brand runs on a specific color, we offer Pantone color matching on request, so the desk can carry your palette rather than the nearest catalog approximation.
To confirm a finish before you commit, order samples. Finish samples are $5 each with free shipping, up to 5 per request, and the cost is credited toward your purchase. Hold the swatch against your wall and flooring in your own light before the drawings are finalized.

What is the lead time?
You receive CAD drawings in 2 to 3 business days, often the same day. Production runs 4 to 8 weeks after you approve the drawings. Most projects land within 2 to 3 months from first brief to delivery.
Is there a minimum order?
No. There is no minimum order. A single reception desk is a complete project, and we build one piece with the same process we bring to a full lobby fit-out.
Can I see the finishes before I order?
Yes. Order samples at $5 each with free shipping, up to 5 per request, and the amount is credited toward your purchase.
Do you offer white-glove delivery?
White-glove delivery, which covers inside placement, debris removal, and assembly, is available as a quoted add-on, subject to availability in your area. We arrange it through vetted local partners, so pricing is quoted per order.
Can you match a specific size?
In most cases, yes. Our custom work typically runs from a 63-inch executive desk up to a 236-inch conference table, and reception desks sit comfortably inside that range. Larger or unusual sizes usually clear engineering review. Send your measurements in the design brief and we will confirm on the CAD drawings.
