What a custom conference table means at Arc Grove
Custom here covers three things: the footprint and shape that fit your space, the surface and base finishes drawn from our library, and the built-in features that make the table work day to day, such as integrated power, cable routing, and lighting. Logo work is available too, from etched and inlaid marks to laser-cut and painted detail. We have produced logo work for clients including the U.S. House of Representatives.
How it works
The process is the same one behind every made-to-order piece we ship, and it keeps you in control at each step.
1. Design brief
You tell us the size, seating count, finish direction, and any features you need. Share a room measurement or a rough layout and we work from there.
2. CAD drawings in 2 to 3 business days
We turn your brief into CAD drawings, often the same day and typically within 2 to 3 business days. You review and approve the drawings before anything goes into production, so the table you sign off on is the table you receive.
3. Production in 4 to 8 weeks
Once you approve the drawings, your table enters production. Build time runs 4 to 8 weeks depending on size, finish, and features.
4. Delivery
We coordinate delivery to your address. Most projects land within 2 to 3 months, start to finish.
Finishes and samples
Choose from over 150 finishes across wood tones, solids, and specialty surfaces. If you need to match a brand color, we offer Pantone color matching on request, so the tabletop or base can align with your identity.
To see and feel a finish before you commit, order samples. Finish samples are $5 each with free shipping, up to 5 per request, and the cost is credited toward your purchase.
Common questions
How long does a custom conference table take?
Plan for CAD drawings within 2 to 3 business days of your brief, then 4 to 8 weeks in production once you approve them. Most projects land within 2 to 3 months from first brief to delivery.
Is there a minimum order?
No. There is no minimum order to have a conference table made to your specification.
Can I get samples first?
Yes. Finish samples are $5 each with free shipping, up to 5 per request, and the cost is credited toward your purchase.
Do you offer white-glove delivery?
White-glove delivery, which covers inside placement, debris removal, and assembly, is available as a quoted add-on, subject to availability in your area. We arrange it through vetted local partners, so pricing is quoted per order.
Can you match a specific size?
In most cases, yes. Our typical range runs from a 63-inch executive desk up to a 236-inch conference table, and outliers usually clear engineering review. Send us your measurements and we will confirm on the drawings.
