How it works

The process is built around drawings you sign off on before anything is cut, so there are no surprises at delivery.

Design brief

Tell us the piece, the room, and the constraints. We turn that into a working brief and confirm the details that matter, from footprint to finish to cable routing.

CAD drawings

You receive CAD drawings in 2 to 3 business days, often the same day for straightforward changes. You review the dimensions, the finish, and the features, and nothing moves to the floor until you approve them.

Production

Once the drawings are signed off, production runs 4 to 8 weeks depending on the piece and the finish. Complex builds and hand-applied finishes sit at the longer end of that window.

Delivery

We coordinate delivery once your desk is complete. Most projects land within 2 to 3 months, start to finish, from first brief to the desk in place.

Finishes and samples

Choose from over 150 finishes across wood tones, laminates, lacquers, and metals. If you need to match a brand color, we offer Pantone color matching on request, so a desk can carry the same tone as the rest of your identity.

Finish samples are $5 each with free shipping, up to 5 per request, and the cost is credited toward your purchase. Order the swatches, see them in your own light, then commit to the finish with the real material in hand.

Beyond finish, you can specify power, lighting, locks, and cable management, and add logo work in etched, inlaid, laser-cut, or painted form. Our logo work includes a desk built for the U.S. House of Representatives.

Common questions

What is the lead time?

Plan on CAD drawings in 2 to 3 business days, then 4 to 8 weeks of production once you approve them. Most projects run 2 to 3 months start to finish.

Is there a minimum order?

No. There is no minimum order for a custom executive desk. A single piece is as welcome as a full floor.

How do samples work?

Samples are $5 each with free shipping, up to 5 per request, and the amount is credited toward your purchase.

Do you offer white-glove delivery?

White-glove delivery, which covers inside placement, debris removal, and assembly, is available as a quoted add-on, subject to availability in your area. We arrange it through vetted local partners, so pricing is quoted per order.

Can you match my exact dimensions?

In most cases, yes. Our typical range runs from a 63-inch executive desk to a 236-inch conference table, and outliers beyond that usually clear engineering review. Send the measurements in your brief and we will confirm on the drawings.

Preliminary Review

Aesthetically, impressive, however, instructions leave a lot to be desired. It took 2 of us over 4 hours to put the desk together, rather than the 2.5 hours indicated in the instructions. Still trying to figure out the electric section of the instructions. NEED HELP!

Long wait but was completely worth the wait. Desk was fairly easy to put together, took about 6 hours 2 guys. Hardest part was the instructions were not very detailed. But overall, I got through it. Materials, craftsmanship, and design is top notch. Very well built.

I love this desk! It is a great quality product. Very sturdy and well built. The height adjustments are very smooth. Communication with the seller went very well while waiting for the desk to arrive. Highly recommend the desk and the seller. Very pleased with my purchase.

Close to 5 Stars

I really want to give this 5 Stars because I absolutely LOVE this desk and the staff that I interacted with were great, however, I can't. I can't because the shipping time was horrendous and paying this much for a desk that doesn't come assembled was hard to take. (The shipping company was not good with communication either, which is no fault of Arcadia Furnishing.)

Looking good and ecstatic

Since this was the first item I put together it took a while to accomplish.but the end result made it worth the while. Viewing the combination of the english and original instructions made it smooth going after I finally got the hang of it. Some pieces where multi use in assembling depending on how you want it. With this item customer service was excellent in guiding me to putting my desk together.
