“Office for Life™” Limited Warranty

Applicability

This Warranty applies only to eligible products sold and delivered on or after April 1, 2026.

Products purchased, ordered, invoiced, or delivered prior to April 1, 2026 are not covered under this Warranty and remain subject to any warranty terms in effect at the time of original purchase.

Arc Grove® reserves the right to modify, discontinue, or replace this Warranty for future sales at any time, subject to applicable law.

This Limited Warranty (“Warranty”) is provided by Arc Grove (“Arc Grove,” “Company,” “we,” “our,” or “us”), a New Jersey limited liability company, for eligible furniture products sold and delivered within the United States on or after April 1, 2026.

PLEASE READ THIS WARRANTY CAREFULLY. THIS WARRANTY GIVES YOU SPECIFIC LEGAL RIGHTS, AND YOU MAY ALSO HAVE OTHER RIGHTS WHICH VARY FROM STATE TO STATE.

1. Covered Products

This Warranty applies only to eligible Arc Grove branded furniture products purchased directly from Arc Grove or from an authorized Arc Grove reseller within the United States.

Covered product categories include:

• Executive desks
• Conference tables
• Reception desks
• Workstations
• Cabinets
• Shelving units
• Similar non-upholstered office furniture products designated by Arc Grove as eligible

This Warranty does NOT apply to:

• Lounge seating
• Sofas
• Upholstered seating products
• Office chairs
• Customized or modified product designs
• Any product manufactured to customer-provided specifications or dimensions beyond Arc Grove’s standard catalog offerings
• Clearance, refurbished, or “as-is” items unless otherwise stated in writing

2. Limited Lifetime Structural Warranty

Arc Grove warrants that the structural components of covered products shall be free from defects in materials and workmanship for the useful life of the product under normal indoor commercial or residential office use.

Covered structural components may include:

• Load-bearing frames
• Fixed support structures
• Table and desk bases
• Permanent joints and joinery
• Cabinet carcasses
• Structural shelving supports

At Arc Grove’s sole option, Arc Grove will:

• Repair the defective component;
• Replace the defective component; or
• Replace the product with the same or substantially similar product.

The term “lifetime” refers to the reasonable useful life of the product as determined solely by Arc Grove based on the product type, materials, construction method, and normal expected usage.

3. Ten-Year Moving Parts Warranty

Arc Grove warrants moving mechanical components against defects in materials and workmanship for ten (10) years from the original delivery date.

Covered components may include:

• Drawer glides
• Drawer tracks
• Hinges
• Casters
• Mechanical hardware
• Sliding systems

This coverage applies only under normal intended use.

4. Five-Year Surface Warranty

Arc Grove warrants that covered product surfaces shall be free from material manufacturing defects for five (5) years from the original delivery date under normal indoor office conditions.

Covered defects may include:

• Delamination
• Surface bubbling
• Cracking unrelated to impact damage
• Abnormal warping caused by manufacturing defect

Natural variations in wood grain, texture, finish tone, patina development, and minor cosmetic changes occurring over time are not defects and are not covered under this Warranty.

5. One-Year Total Care Coverage

For one (1) year from the original delivery date, Arc Grove will provide repair or replacement coverage for damage to covered products, including certain accidental damage occurring during ordinary use.

Coverage under this section is subject to reasonable commercial standards and does not apply to:

• Intentional damage
• Gross negligence
• Abuse or misuse
• Theft
• Fire
• flooding
• natural disasters
• commercial vandalism
• improper storage
• unauthorized repair attempts
• damage caused during relocation by third parties

Arc Grove reserves the right to determine, in its sole discretion, whether repair, replacement, partial replacement, replacement parts, store credit, or another remedy is appropriate.

6. Transferability

This Warranty may be transferred one time to a subsequent owner provided that:

1. The original proof of purchase is provided;
2. The product has not been modified, altered, refinished, or structurally changed;
3. The new owner registers the transfer with Arc Grove within thirty (30) days of acquiring the product; and
4. The product remains within the applicable warranty period.

Failure to satisfy these conditions voids any transfer rights under this Warranty.

7. Sustainable Replacement Program

For covered products more than ten (10) years old that Arc Grove determines cannot reasonably be repaired, Arc Grove may, at its sole discretion, offer the owner a discount equal to fifteen percent (15%) off the purchase price of a comparable replacement product upon return of the original product for recycling or disposal.

This program:

• Is optional and discretionary;
• Has no cash value;
• Is non-transferable;
• May be modified or discontinued at any time without notice.

8. Exclusions

THIS WARRANTY DOES NOT COVER:

• Normal wear and tear
• Cosmetic damage not affecting functionality
• Scratches, dents, chips, stains, fading, or discoloration from ordinary use
• Damage caused by improper assembly
• Damage caused by failure to follow care or assembly instructions
• Exposure to excessive moisture, humidity, heat, sunlight, or environmental conditions
• Improper cleaning products or chemicals
• Abuse, misuse, neglect, or overloading
• Commercial use outside ordinary office conditions
• Acts of God
• Damage caused during customer relocation or moving
• Damage caused by third-party installers or movers
• Unauthorized repairs or modifications
• Consumable items
• Variations in color, grain, texture, or finish
• Minor dimensional variances
• Floor irregularities or leveling issues
• Products used outdoors
• Products not maintained reasonably and properly

9. Disclaimer of Implied Warranties

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, ALL IMPLIED WARRANTIES, INCLUDING IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, ARE LIMITED IN DURATION TO THE APPLICABLE EXPRESS WARRANTY PERIOD SET FORTH ABOVE.

SOME STATES DO NOT ALLOW LIMITATIONS ON HOW LONG AN IMPLIED WARRANTY LASTS, SO THE ABOVE LIMITATION MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU.

10. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, ARC GROVE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, EXEMPLARY, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO:

• LOSS OF USE
• LOSS OF BUSINESS
• LOSS OF REVENUE
• LOSS OF PROFITS
• LOSS OF TIME
• SUBSTITUTE PRODUCT COSTS
• PROPERTY DAMAGE
• PERSONAL INJURY ARISING FROM MISUSE

ARC GROVE’S TOTAL LIABILITY UNDER THIS WARRANTY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE ORIGINAL PURCHASE PRICE OF THE COVERED PRODUCT.

SOME STATES DO NOT ALLOW THE EXCLUSION OR LIMITATION OF INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, SO THE ABOVE LIMITATION MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU.

11. Warranty Claim Procedure

To submit a warranty claim, the claimant must:

1. Contact Arc Grove at support@arcgrove.com;
2. Provide proof of purchase;
3. Provide photographs and/or video clearly showing the alleged defect;
4. Provide a written description of the issue; and
5. Cooperate with Arc Grove’s reasonable inspection and troubleshooting requests.

Arc Grove reserves the right to:

• Request additional documentation;
• Require return of parts or products for inspection;
• Deny claims where insufficient evidence is provided;
• Determine whether a defect is covered under this Warranty.

Failure to comply with the claims process may result in denial of warranty coverage.

12. Shipping and Service

Where warranty coverage applies, Arc Grove may, at its sole discretion:

• Ship replacement parts;
• Authorize local repair;
• Replace the product; or
• Provide store credit.

Arc Grove may require the customer to pay certain shipping, handling, labor, installation, removal, reinstallation, packaging, customs, storage, or transportation costs unless prohibited by law or otherwise agreed in writing.

Replacement products or components may contain new, refurbished, or substituted parts of comparable functionality and appearance.

13. Product Discontinuation

If a product or finish has been discontinued, Arc Grove reserves the right to substitute a product or component of comparable quality, functionality, and value.

Exact matches of finish, grain, texture, dimensions, or hardware cannot be guaranteed.

14. Governing Law and Venue

This Warranty shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of New Jersey, without regard to conflict of law principles.

Any dispute arising out of or relating to this Warranty shall be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in New Jersey, and the parties consent to the exclusive jurisdiction of such courts.

15. Severability

If any provision of this Warranty is found unenforceable or invalid under applicable law, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.

16. Entire Agreement

This Warranty constitutes the entire warranty agreement between Arc Grove and the purchaser and supersedes all prior oral or written representations regarding warranty coverage unless otherwise required by law.

No dealer, reseller, employee, contractor, or representative of Arc Grove is authorized to modify this Warranty unless such modification is made in a written agreement signed by an authorized officer of Arc Grove LLC.
