Excellent choice of furniture

I spent a lot of time shopping for office furniture in showroom visit and then on line. Then I came across Arcadia Furnishings. After reading the reviews I decided to order an executive desk and wall unit. I was able to monitor the shipping of my items through multiple maritime apps, The timeline was well within the company projection. On arrival to my office it was in one crate that was easily opened by a hammer and crowbar. These boxes were well placed so no movement was possible on the long journey. Everything was in perfect condition when these multiple individual boxes was easily transported up into my office. Since the wall unit was the second item i put together two people are recommended but not necessary if you are strong and careful. Arcadia sent me english directions based upon prior reviews, so I requested them in advance. But the original direction that was in a foreign language was the best and easiest illustration with this wall unit. I open each box and labeled the walls where they should go, then I did the same for each shelving. This item illustrated that it should be put together laying down flat on the floor. It took about 2 hours to assemble after about 1 hour labeling where pieces go.. Since this item weighs 600 lbs 118” size that I orders you need 4 individuals to stand in up right. If you want the wow factor from everyone that comes into your office, Or just looking for excellent craftsmanship without going broke. You will not be disappointed.

Preliminary Review

Aesthetically, impressive, however, instructions leave a lot to be desired. It took 2 of us over 4 hours to put the desk together, rather than the 2.5 hours indicated in the instructions. Still trying to figure out the electric section of the instructions. NEED HELP!

Long wait but was completely worth the wait. Desk was fairly easy to put together, took about 6 hours 2 guys. Hardest part was the instructions were not very detailed. But overall, I got through it. Materials, craftsmanship, and design is top notch. Very well built.

I love this desk! It is a great quality product. Very sturdy and well built. The height adjustments are very smooth. Communication with the seller went very well while waiting for the desk to arrive. Highly recommend the desk and the seller. Very pleased with my purchase.

Close to 5 Stars

I really want to give this 5 Stars because I absolutely LOVE this desk and the staff that I interacted with were great, however, I can't. I can't because the shipping time was horrendous and paying this much for a desk that doesn't come assembled was hard to take. (The shipping company was not good with communication either, which is no fault of Arcadia Furnishing.)

Looking good and ecstatic

Since this was the first item I put together it took a while to accomplish.but the end result made it worth the while. Viewing the combination of the english and original instructions made it smooth going after I finally got the hang of it. Some pieces where multi use in assembling depending on how you want it. With this item customer service was excellent in guiding me to putting my desk together.
