Drawer tracks, hinges, slides, wheels — if it moves, it’s protected. We’ll fix or replace any component that wears down prematurely.

5-Year Surface Integrity

If your furniture’s surface cracks, warps, bubbles, or suffers abnormal wear in everyday use, we’ll make it right.

1-Year Total Care

For the first year, we offer complete coverage — including accidental damage. One year of peace of mind, no questions asked.

Transferable Protection

Our warranty stays with the furniture, not just the purchaser. If passed on, the coverage goes with it.

Sustainable Replacement Offer

Should a piece be beyond repair after a decade, we’ll reclaim and recycle it — and offer 15% toward a new Arc Grove design.

“Office for Life” Warranty Terms

Arc Grove offers the following warranty coverage to the original purchaser of any made-to-order furniture item:

1. Structural Warranty (Lifetime)

Covers warping, breakage, or joint failure resulting from manufacturing defects or normal use.- Excludes damage caused by misuse, improper assembly after delivery, modification, abnormal loading, or environmental factors (e.g. moisture or direct heat exposure).

2. Moving Parts Guarantee (10 Years)

Covers drawer glides, hinges, casters, and similar mechanical components under standard usage conditions.- Excludes wear caused by excessive force, misuse, or third-party repair attempts.

3. Surface Coverage (5 Years)

Protects against cracks, bubbling, delamination, and significant warping of surfaces under normal indoor office use.- Excludes damage caused by moisture, UV exposure, impact, harsh cleaning products, or neglect.

4. One-Year Total Care

Within the first 12 months of delivery, Arc Grove will repair or replace any damaged component or item at no cost — regardless of fault. Shipping is included.

5. Transferability

This warranty is transferable to a new owner provided:

• The original proof of purchase is available
• The furniture remains in the same condition and has not been modified
• The warranty transfer is registered by the new owner within 30 days of receiving the furniture

 

6. Sustainable Replacement Option

For items 10 years or older that cannot be reasonably repaired, Arc Grove will offer a 15% discount toward the purchase of a comparable item, upon return of the original item for recycling.

Warranty Eligibility & Claims Process

To ensure eligibility for warranty coverage, the following must apply:

• The item must have been purchased directly from Arc Grove or an authorized partner.
• The original purchaser or registered transferee must submit the claim.
• The item must have been assembled and used according to Arc Grove’s provided guidelines.
• No unauthorized modifications or repairs may have been made.

To file a claim:

1. Email support@arcgrove.com with:

• A clear description of the issue
• At least 2 photos showing the defect
• Your order number or proof of purchase
  

2. A member of our support team will respond within 1 business day.

3. If approved, we will coordinate repair, replacement, or discount offer as applicable.

We reserve the right to inspect any claim and may request return shipping of the item or part for assessment. In cases of dispute, Arc Grove’s assessment will be final.
