The piece(s) you’ve bought, unless otherwise labeled as a “Quick ship”, are made right away by our team once you order. This is a new model for the furniture industry, unique to relatively few teams; like ours at Arc Grove.
It means:
- Greater savings on your furniture because warehousing doesn’t factor as a cost (learn more)
- Meticulous quality control in overseeing your item(s) production (learn more)
- Allowance for some customization upon request (learn more)
The next step is delivery to your door. To ensure safe transport and damage-free arrival we use engineered protective packaging. (learn more)
Shipping Policies
Here are the details of how we ship, what your options are, the expected timeframes, and to handle any issues that may occur. By placing an order with Arc Grove, you agree to the following policy terms.
Free Shipping
‘Standard Ground Delivery’ is free.
Yes, free. No coupon is required for this offer. No minimum purchase. Available to all eligible countries listed below.
Faster Shipping
Want your new furniture sooner? The ‘Expedited Delivery’ shipping option, available to you at checkout for $242.50 USD, means a shorter transit time.
Based on your location (please see the table below for more specifics), you’ll get your new furniture between 5 to 15 business days faster than our standard option.
Handling Time
Once you’ve completed your order, our team gets started creating your item(s). This process, with its high level of quality control, takes between 10–20 business days.
Once complete, your item(s) are carefully packaged and enter into transit, on their way to you.
If your furniture includes customizations, the handling time may exceed this time. We will communicate any expected delays to you so that there are no surprises.

If you don’t see your location listed please contact us to see if we can arrange delivery.
Please note that the stated shipping time frames only include shipping to the port and do not account for shipping from the port to your door. Shipping from the port to the door will take an additional 9 to 14 business days, contingent upon customs clearance and customs duty.
We cannot ship to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses.
‘To Your Door’ Delivery Service
Both standard and expedited delivery only include door-to-door service.
For residential addresses, delivery will be to the front door. For office buildings, apartments, or complexes with multiple buildings, delivery will be to the front entrance.
At this time, delivery does not include room of choice, assembly assistance, or unpackaging of wooden frames unless stated otherwise.
Protective Packaging
It’s vital that your furniture arrive in the pristine state it was built and packed for you. That’s why we use a specialized “knock-down” packaging with reinforced carton board. That means a specifically designed container that fits your piece and wastes no space — made from a tough corrugated fibreboard.
Your package will then be further reinforced with wooden framing. We take no chances!
All this care and attention significantly minimizes the chance of any damages occurring while it’s on its way to you.
Please note that the wooden framing and boxes may be more difficult to remove than typical packaging and may require self-maneuvering. This service is not included in the delivery.
Damage In Transit
Though rare, there is a chance that your order arrives damaged during transit. If this happens, please contact us immediately at support@arcgrove.com.
We’ll work with you to resolve the issue and arrange for a replacement or refund as necessary.
Please keep all packaging materials and documentation for inspection by the shipping carrier.
Tracking Your Order
Once your order has been shipped you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information. Use it to track the status of your order and its estimated delivery date.
Please note that tracking information may take up to 24 hours to become available after your order has been shipped.
We may also provide you updates regarding the status of your order and any shipping delays via your email. Please ensure that your contact information is up-to-date to receive important notifications regarding your order.
