Hassle-Free Return Policy
You’re going to love your new office furniture. But if there’s an issue, we’re here to help.
If the item(s) you’ve received is damaged, defective, incorrect, or excessively late (10 weeks or more), we will refund your purchase upon its return.
Returns made simple:
You may return most items within 3 days of delivery for a full refund. Just make sure your furniture is unused, in its original condition, and in the original packaging.
How to Start a Return:
- Contact our friendly support team at info@arcgrove.com or call us at 1-833-488-0005.
- We’ll guide you through the return process and provide a return shipping label.
A Few Things to Note:
- Customized items are non-refundable, but we’ll work with you if there’s a quality issue.
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless your item is damaged or incorrect.
- Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll process your refund within 5 business days to your original payment method.
Order Cancellations:
Before Production Starts
If you need to cancel your order before we begin making your furniture, we’re happy to help. We’ll issue a refund minus a 3% processing fee.
After Production Has Started
Once we’ve started making your order (usually within 1–5 days after payment), cancellations or returns will include a product and processing fee. This fee is based on the costs we’ve already incurred and is typically 20%–50% of your order total.
